With hotel room block expanded till Wednesday we thought it would be fun to host a Contest!! Why? Cause we want to once again sell the hotel room block out again! So everyone that has yet to reserve a room to A&G Ohio 2012 at the Great Wolf Lodge do so now and be entered to win 4 FREE WEEKEND BADGES! That’s right, 4 FREE WEEKEND BADGES for the winner of the Road to Great Wolf Contest. The only thing you do is reserve your room before WEDNESDAY the 15th of February and we will announce the winner of the contest the following week! Reserve your room now!

Attention A&G Ohio attendees that have not yet reserved a room for the event. All the rooms have Sold Out for A&G Ohio 2012. However the Great Wolf Lodge has graciously added a few more rooms onto the block, but ONLY TILL WEDNESDAY(February 15th)!!

Tech Update + Fixes

Here at A&G we want to make sure that we can get the information about our convention out as fast as possible, sometimes we goof. On our forums, we have had some issue using the verification system that is used by Facebook. with some changes in Facebook, we can not provide that service anymore. If you used Facebook to login with you A&G forum account, email webstaff@qaandgohio.com your Facebook login name, and your new name on our forums and we will merge the two together.

As for our website, please use the same email for any issues you see. Be sure to include your Name and Browser that you are using. Thank You

First off I would like to say “Thank you” to everyone that we met over the past few conventions! It has been really great to see to growth of A&G Ohio. This year is shaping up to be no different! If you have not yet reserved your hotel room, you should do so very soon as there are less than 15 rooms remaining (as of Monday January 30th). Also there are no more specialty suites available, but there are still beautiful double rooms (suites) available. To reserve your room click this link!

A&G Ohio please welcome, Andrew 12-Sided Dice Clay! The bad-boy stand-up comic with raunchy rants about Star Trek, LOTR, Doctor Who and Batman. A&G Ohio will mark his first ever Ohio appearance (Second Ever convention appearance -first was NY Comic Con)

A little confusion

We apologize for everyone getting such high fees on their tickets for A&G Ohio (We also were getting high fees on the back end of the deal as well). Due to this we have decided it was time for us to pay for a better service. As off 4pm EST, A&G Ohio has officially switch all of our tickets over to Constant Contact. You can get to the new service by clicking the “Badge” tab on the navigation bar. Please Do Not worry as all of the tickets that were purchased prior to this will be honored and there will be no difference in the handling at the event. We wanted to give everyone a heads up so that way there was no worrying.

Not only have we released The Protomen, and Maffew, we figured that was not enough for our amazing fans and followers that we love so much! Welcome back to A&G Ohio..

Brent Black, also known as “brentalfloss”, is a comedian, musician, and gamer. He is best known on the internet as the creator of the “With Lyrics” series, where he adds satirical lyrics to classic video game tunes and uses them to create music videos.

We will also be releasing information on the musical next week! More cosplay wrestling characters we continue to be leaked over on our forums as well.

A&G Ohio is proud to welcome Maffew. Known for creating the web series Botchamania. The popular series highlights humorous, embarrasing, and sometimes painful botches in professional wrestling.

Maffew will making only his second every convention appearance in the United States as he will leave UK soil for A&G Ohio. He will be Hosting and doing color commentary for A&G Ohio Cosplay Wrestling Friday Night, panels and more.

2012 Music Headliner

An A&G Ohio anniversary could not be complete without our music headliner’s The Protomen. The Protomen since we last saw them, have exploded onto the scene! Touring all over the country and headlining some of the biggest gaming festivals in the country. If you have not seen them live, you are in for a treat.

A&G Ohio is on a mission to throw the biggest 5th year celebration that Ohio has ever seen! To do this we are bringing in our good friends Michael McConnohie and Melodee Spevack! Oh how A&G Ohio has grown since our humble years in Akron, Ohio 5 years ago.

That is not the only news the we have. We also have added a 2 separate wrestling events.Saturday afternoon will set the stage for Bizarro Wrestling Live!

Friday Night will play host to A&G Ohio’s signature “Cosplay Wrestling” event. Wrestlers are being announced for the Friday night show on the forums! Check them out.

I feel that the room filling up in Sept-October is pretty amazing. Expect a full list of dealers and artists on the website soon.

Richard Epcar & Ellyn Stern Return!

Returning to A&G Ohio 2012 are long time friends, Richard and Ellyn! We are very excited to see them back, and they are very excited to be returning for another year. Check out their massive list of credits on the guest page.

We have also started compiling the past A&G Ohio guests. If there is someone who is not on there, please let us know on the forums.
